We are absolutely against any kind of pay to playlist. Since the user has followed your playlists, you are not allowed to then require payment for any placement on your playlists. In order to submit your playlist to Tunemunk, you agree to not link to another website in your description or make musicians do anything else than follow your website to send you a song.

A musician can only follow a playlist once. The playlist owner can’t follow his own Spotify playlist. Follow buttons are only visible if there is playlist Spotify URi is submitted by the playlist curator.

When submitting a playlist, the music producer will be required to follow your playlist as well as the default tunemunk playlist.

When you submit a track to a playlist or fill in a contact form or add a playlist to Tunemunk we ask you to provide an email address that we securely store.

We need to store this data so we can:
– Contact you if your track is accepted and added to a playlist.
– Let you know if an artist has submitted a track to a playlist you manage.
– Send you important information about our services and products.
– Contact you about other relevant playlists and related services we offer.

WHY DO I NEED TO CONNECT MY SPOTIFY ACCOUNT TO SUBMIT A TRACK?
Each time you want to submit a track to one of the playlists using our system we are going ask you to follow the curator’s account, our Spotify account and the playlist you want your track featured on.

Once you click the submit button and authorize the connection our APP is going to automatically take these actions for you (you are going to follow the listed profile & playlist). Your submission form will be unlocked after that. You can have your account deleted at any time by emailing hello@tunemunk.com.

WHAT IF I ALREADY FOLLOW THE PLAYLIST OR ACCOUNT?
Each time you want to submit a track to us you will see a list of all the account(s) / playlist you need to follow. If you have already followed some of these our APP will skip them when you authorize the connection and you will still get the form at the end.

DO YOU EXTRACT AND STORE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
When you submit a track to a playlist, fill in a contact form or add a playlist to Tunemunk we ask you to provide an email address that we securely store.

We need to store this data so we can:
– Contact you if your track is accepted and added to a playlist.
– Let you know if an artist has submitted a track to a playlist you manage.
– Send you important information about our services and products.
– Contact you about other relevant playlists and related services we offer.

You can unsubscribe and have your personal data removed from our system at any time by replying to any email we send you or by clicking an ‘unsubscribe button’. We do not get your e-mail from the connected Spotify profile. You can choose which e-mail address you want to share with us in the submission form.

Termination

We may terminate your access to and use of the Services, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you.
